What is the cost to rent?

There is 7 night minimum rental period. All prices are in US Dollars.
Dec., Jan., Feb., Mar., Apr. = $120/night
Sept., Oct., Nov. = $110/night
A 10% discount given for reservations totaling 29-59 nights.
Reservations for 60 or more nights receive a 15% discount.
A $250.00 (refundable) deposit is required with a signed Agreement.(This is refunded 14 days after check-out if all conditions of the agreement are met)
20% of the total rental cost is required at the time the Agreement is signed.
If the check-in date is within 30 days of the signed Agreement, then payment in full is required.

What if I need to cancel?

If cancellation is 60 or more days prior to check-in, a 100% refund is given.
There is a 50% refund for canceled dates 30-59 days prior to check-in.
There will be no refund if the canceled dates are within 29 days of check-in.
If we are able to rent out your canceled dates, a full refund will be issued.

What is included in the rental cost?

Your rental fee includes all utilities, internet, and amenities offered at Palm Creek Resort and Residences. (Some clubs/activities may require you to pay additional fees.)
Because we are in a 55+ adult community, at least one guest must meet this age requirement.

What are the payment methods?

We accept payment by cashiers check, personal check, cash, Zelle®, bank-to-bank transfer. (Payment instructions will be sent to you after the Agreement is signed)
We can also accept payment via PayPal, but there will be a 3% fee added for each transaction made in this manner.

May I bring a pet and how many people can stay at your house?

Upon our approval, 1 small, potty-trained dog is allowed. There is an additional $50.00 cleaning fee for pets.
The house comfortably sleeps 2 adults on 1 queen-sized bed. There is an inflatable queen air-mattress for an additional person.

What do I need to bring when staying at your home?

Our home is fully furnished for your stay!
Here are just of a few of what we include for you: electric stove/oven, toaster, coffee maker, washer/dryer, linens, towels, silverware, pots and pans, electric reclining loveseat, electric fireplace, outdoor patio furniture. Coffee, tea and small bath items are provided for your first morning so you don’t have to rush to the store as soon as you arrive!
